The choices available for breakfast allowed all three of us to find something we liked. The only issue was that on the first day the eggs were cooked in such a way that the eggs were dry and tasteless. The second day they were scrambled and so much better. There was only wheat bread available for toast. Not everybody likes or can eat wheat bread. I was not able to have toast at all because of this. Even the french toast was made with wheat bread. I couldn't eat that either. The staff were all friendly and helpful if they could be. I say if they could be because there was one issue I had in the room that they just couldn't help me with. The design of the toilet made the front higher than the rest of the seat. This caused the seat to be too high and made it impossible to sit comfortably. I asked at the desk if they might have something I could rest my feet on while using the toilet. The guy looked but they didn't have anything. That is what I expected but he did try and without acting like I was being unreasonable to ask. We have stayed here before and will again when we want to stay in Bangor. Keep up the good work.

Clean, no animals allowed ( almost) I asked the time before if they had animal rooms and they told me NO but that next morning, what did I see but a dog IN THE HOTEL???? . My dog IS EXTREMELY TRAINED would never go to the bathroom inside but I thought well no animals means no animals right but not true ??? . Mixed messages correct? But clean rooms VERY important, nice location with restaurants in parking lot , staff was sufficiently friendly but not overboard . Value overpriced but what isn’t today under our leadership? Best is Clean and great location for the area !

Very clean ... awesome breakfast, which included... Eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, different cereal choices, oat meal , boilded eggs, muffins, danishes, waffels, coffee and juices. friendly staff.. They clean this place on a regular, kept up with the rugs in the entire place to keep the salt and sand from the winter off the floors .. not many places I have been to do this .. we were very impressed with this place for sure !

Amazing staff! We ran in to a lot of traffic and arrived after midnight - we were still able to check in without any delays and our problems. The room was very spacious with a lot of nice ameneties like a fridge, tv and coffee maker. The Hotel is right next to a very good mexican Restaurant and a Starbucks. Also theres parking right in front and around the Hotel. All in all, amazing!

We were very satisfied with the room. It was comfortable and clean and big enough to accommodate four adults. The breakfast that was included had plenty of good options. The WiFi was good when we were connected. It was very convenient staying here because the location was right in the downtown area with lots of things to do.
